I don’t know about anyone else, but when I have soup, I love it to be hot. I followed the instructions, warm it up before I put my hot soup into it, and when I open it 6 hours later, it was warm. If I eat it within 3 hours, it is hot. I was really hoping it would last longer. Easy to clean, and easy to eat out of. Spoon that is on the top of the lid, is strong and good quality. Maybe I’m just fussy, but like my food hot….
